Overview:
This project involved the complete construction of a 76,000 SF 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Lakeland, FL. All four “neighborhoods” within the building have a dining and living area as well as a lounge. Other building amenities include a bistro, café, theater, spa, two courtyards, and two gyms.
