Overview:

This project involved the conversion of an assisted living community into a 170-unit affordable senior living community. NEI worked with the owner to develop a design that added kitchens in all units and refreshed common spaces including the gym, patio balconies, library, dining room, game room, and management offices. The renovation was designed to positively impact the residents’ experience.
