Flat 9 at Whittier

Overview:

This project is phase 1A of the Whittier Choice Neighborhood initiative designed to redevelop the site of the Whittier Street Apartments in Roxbury. Flat 9 at Whittier involved demolition and removal of the existing Whittier Street Apartments in order to make way for the new construction. Flat 9 is comprised of three buildings totaling 92 rental units which include both apartments and townhouses. The development includes amenities such as a community room, courtyard, office space for residents, and a playground.
