Union Crossing II

Overview:

The Duck Mill originally opened in 1896 to manufacture a heavy woven canvas called Duck used to make sails, tents, backpacks, and sneakers. This project included the conversion and restoration of the five-story 132,000 SF historic mill building into 73 family-friendly apartments and 35,000 SF of commercial space. The project continues the community development and repurposing of historic mills in Lawrence.
