Powdermill Village Apartments
Overview:
This project included the renovation of 247 units. 12 units were completely rebuilt after being destroyed by a fire. Additional work included the conversion of the management office into a community space, the community space into a management office, plus the installation of a playground, basketball court, and Community Pavilion.
