Overview:
Located in the historical Dorchester neighborhood near Franklin Park, this project involved a scattered-site renovation of 13 buildings totaling 278 units across 76,000 SF. Renovations included extensive exterior façade repairs, new windows and roofs, HVAC and electrical upgrades, modernization of interiors, and the construction of a new community center below grade.
