Overview:
Built on a vacant, eight-acre former bus yard, Bartlett Place is a mixed-use building with 61 apartments, ground-floor retail, and offices. This project is the first phase of the Bartlett Station development, an innovative, urban mixed-use development in Roxbury’s historic Fort Hill neighborhood. Energy sustainability will make Bartlett a green and creative village.
