Overview:

This initiative involved the transformation of four problem properties in the Codman Square neighborhood into 44 affordable rental units. NEI was responsible for two of the properties including the construction of a new LEED Silver certifiable four-story building on a formerly vacant lot on Washington Street as well as the historic rehab of a century-old fire damaged brick structure on Lyndhurst Street.
