Yesterday, September 17th, 2015 was the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Coalition for a Better Acre’s (CBA) 24 family unit new construction housing project in Lowell, Massachusetts. This formerly vacant lot is the next positive evolution of this great neighborhood. The $5.8 million dollar project is NEI’s 3rd project with CBA . Congratulations to the entire team!
