OCTOBER, 2016  A ribbon cutting ceremony was held yesterday for Aaron Briggs Manor and Cherry Hill Apartments in Providence, RI. NEI completed the fast-tracked modernization and occupied rehabilitation of 160 affordable and senior units across the two remote sites (Providence and Johnston) with Preservation of Affordable Housing and Union Studio Architects. The project included energy improvements, life safety upgrades, creation of accessible units, interior unit upgrades, site improvements, and significant building envelope upgrades.
