MAY, 2016  NEI recently celebrated the completion of the historic conversion of the Water Street Mill complex, formerly a textile mill in Williamstown, MA into a revitalized mix of lofts, apartments, and condominiums (Cable Mills). The units feature exposed bricks, high wood beamed ceilings, and contemporary finishes. NEI worked with Finegold Alexander Architects and owner Mitchell Properties on the project.
