SEPTEMBER, 2015  At today’s ribbon cutting ceremony, NEI celebrated the completion a $7 Million renovation of Salem Point Apartments II for North Shore CDC. The renovation included 77 units of affordable housing units across a scattered site in Salem Massachusetts. The project also included the creation of a pocket park on 15 Ward Street which transformed a derelict lot into a small urban park complete with a basketball court, seating, green space, and a community kiosk. This project was the largest development renovation and the first open space public art renovation to be completed by North Shore CDC.
