To expand access, we offer workforce development programs that help community members gain the qualifications needed for entry-level positions in projects within their neighborhoods.

As a long-standing commitment to the community, NEI is a founding board member of the Workforce Opportunity Resource Center (WORC²). The mission of WORC² is to assist construction-industry businesses, tradespeople and those seeking entry into the industry with industry recognized credentials and training to help their growth and development in the industry.
