MARCH, 2016  We are happy to be partnering with POAH and Union Studio Architects on the mod-rehab of Cherry Hill Apartments and Aaron Briggs Manor. The Rhode Island properties will undergo a rehabilitation of 128 affordable and senior units across two remote sites. The project includes energy improvements, life safety upgrades, creation of accessible units, interior unit upgrades, site improvements, and significant building envelope upgrades.
