Coming from a long career in electromechanical engineering, Bill brings a wealth of knowledge to each project he manages. From a hands-on time period correct, post and beam historic renovation to the first large scale passive house apartment building in Massachusetts, Bill strives to anticipate constructability issues before they become financial problems. His strong engineering background allows him to effectively communicate with team members, architects, and engineers while solving complex technical challenges.
He is a Lead-Safe Renovation Supervisor, and a Certified Passive House Builder (CPHB), Bill also holds a Construction Supervisors License.
Bill studied Corporate Management at Providence College as well as Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at The University of Massachusetts Boston.
