With over 15 years of experience in surveying/civil engineering and construction, Brandt brings a wealth of practical and technical knowledge to each project he manages. Starting his professional career as an estimator reinforced that attention to detail and accuracy required in preparing and reviewing the work daily is essential to a project’s success. He is well versed in the complexities and sensitivities of historic renovations, including such notable projects as Old South Church and Trinity Church. Brandt has built strong trusting relationships with NEI’s clients through his leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
He is a Certified Passive House Builder (CPHB), MA CSL, Keolis RWP, Lead-Safe Renovator Supervisor, and a Certified Moderate Risk Owner/Agent Deleader.
Brandt earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts (UMASS) at Dartmouth.
