Overview:

This project involved renovations to an apartment complex located within the vibrant town of Waltham and on the banks of the Charles River. Upgrades included renovation of vacant space to make way for the new leasing office, fitness center and yoga room. Other work involved new flooring, light fixtures, millwork, and the addition of three meeting rooms and a game room.
