NOVEMBER 2015  Yesterday marked the opening of the Apartments At 165 Winter in Haverhill, MA. This $2.8Million project with the Planning Office of Urban Affairs for the Archdiocese of Boston involved the revitalization and adaptive reuse of an existing three-story historic school building into an affordable rental housing building in the Lower Acre neighborhood. Much of the historic features of the building were preserved during construction. This property will provide one and two bedroom units for 12 families in the community.
